I am based in Coventry but happy to travel! All bookings include 30 miles of travel to and from my studio. Any additional travel is charged at 50p per mile.

If a venue is over a 3 hour drive away, I will also require overnight accommodation. This does not have to be your venue's accommodation. It can be a Premier Inn, Holiday Inn etc. close to the venue. Please do check the hotel and booking details with me before going ahead.

I will consider destination weddings on a case-by-case basis depending on my availability, but as a minimum, flights, accommodation, transfers and subsistence would need to covered by you.

On the day, I will arrive at the venue around 45 minutes early to get set up.

Guests then simply approach me for a photograph - individually, in a pair or small group.

I will then illustrate them while they go off and enjoy the celebrations. They can then come back to collect their finished illustration from my display gallery later on!

With my packages, you can also choose to receive detailed illustrations of the cake, venue and happy couple up to six weeks after the wedding.

I can illustrate around 8-10 guests per hour. For example, The Luxe Package includes approximately 48-60 guests over 6 hours. If all 60 guests posed in pairs, this would equal 30 illustrations.

I create each illustration by hand, and so various factors can influence my speed on the day, including the complexity of outfits and interacting with guests.

For any illustrations not completed on the day, there is also the option for these to be completed in my studio post-wedding for £10 per person.

If the venue is fairly local to me or accommodation is provided, it may be possible to extend hours beyond the 6 hours included in The Luxe Package. The rate for this is £120 per hour.

Absolutely! Packages are a guide and therefore can be tailored to suit your wants and needs. For example, you could swap your detailed couple painting for an illustration of the venue instead.

Once you are happy to go ahead, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the date.

I will send a deposit invoice for 20% of the total cost (including travel) via email. Attached to this email will also be my terms and conditions - please read these carefully. By paying a deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed.

You are welcome to pay the total cost upfront if you wish! You may also want to pay installments which is also fine - please just let me know when you have made a payment.

Payment is via bank transfer and details are included on the deposit invoice.

The remaining balance is due no later than six weeks before the big day.

Twelve weeks before, I will send over a Pre-Wedding Questionnaire to finalise details.

After the wedding, your post-wedding portrait will be posted to the delivery address you provide in the questionnaire within six weeks of receiving your chosen photograph to paint from.

You can choose between chic fashion-style illustrations with blank faces, or more detailed illustrations with face details.

Faceless illustrations will have more intricate outfit details and are quicker, meaning that more illustrations are likely to be completed on the day, whereas face details add a more personal touch but take slightly longer.

You can request this when making your booking, or it is included in the Pre-Wedding Questionnaire that you will receive 12 weeks before the big day to finalise details.

All I require on the day is a table and a chair, preferably in a well-lit space. I bring along a navy 'My Own Illustrator' branded tablecloth, but you are more than welcome to provide your own. As stated in my terms and conditions agreed upon booking, it is the client's responsibility to inform their venue of the booking and coordinate these requirements.

Food and drinks are welcomed and appreciated with any booking, but a vendor meal is mandatory for Signature Packages and above.

Personalisations such as names, dates, and venues names are included at no additional cost for post-wedding illustrations (cake, venue or happy couple). These are hand drawn.

Personalisation on live guest illustrations is not included as standard. I can design personalised stickers for no additional fee (as seen below) - you will just need to cover the print cost.

You can also order a personalised stamp to be delivered to my studio before the wedding and I can pre-stamp the paper stock for no additional charge.

In the event of cancellation by you - the client - I will retain your non-refundable deposit if given a minimum of six weeks of notice. If cancelled less than six weeks before the wedding, the full amount will be retained.

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, the full amount paid by you will be refunded within 7 days.
